All DNA remains the property of the customer. myDNA will never share, sell or market any customer data, anonymized or otherwise, to third parties without written consent.

All DNA samples are de-identified upon arrival at our laboratory, this ensures all DNA remains anonymized.

SECURITY

myDNA uses secure encrypted servers to protect customer data. Private information and data will always be kept on secure, separate servers.

From the moment the customer registers they are continually updated regarding the status of their sample. From the moment it arrives at our lab, to when their insights are ready to be explored.

 

GENETIC RIGHTS

Our DNA analysis technique cannot be used to identify individuals or their relatives. We only analyse the DNA we report on.
